Refund Policy

The short version

• You have 14 days from payment to change your mind and get all your money back.
• Just email biuro@landingw48h.pl from the address you bought with. No reason needed.
• We refund to the same payment method within 14 days of your message. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• A refund ends paid access: the full program, the Marketplace downloads and the community.

Marketplace source code

The Marketplace kits contain source code you can copy, so they unlock automatically when your 14 days are over. If you don't want to wait, you can unlock them earlier in your account. To do that you tick a box to expressly ask for immediate access and confirm that you then lose your right of withdrawal and your refund. We keep a record of that consent and email you a copy. If you never unlock early, your 14-day refund stays fully intact.

Pre-order

Founding access is a pre-order: the full program opens on the launch date shown on the site. If we don't open it on that date, you can cancel and get a full refund at any time until we do, even after the 14 days.

After 14 days

After the 14 days the purchase is final, except for your statutory rights if something doesn't work or isn't as described. See the complaints section of our Terms.

Model withdrawal form

You don't have to use it. An email in your own words works just as well.
