Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Kuba Builds AI (kubabuildsai.com, the "Service") is sold and run by:

In these terms "we" and "us" mean the seller above. "You" means the person who uses the Service. A "consumer" is a person buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

2. What the Service is

• Free lessons. Lesson 1 is on our homepage. Lesson 2 opens after you create a free account.
• Founding access (paid): the online program "The 7-Day Build" (short video lessons with tasks), the Marketplace of ready-made business kits (source code of apps plus know-how, marketing materials and videos), every kit we add later, and the members community once it opens.
• Pre-order. Founding access is sold as a pre-order. The program, the Marketplace and the community open on October 15, 2026. Until then you can use the free lessons. We show the launch date and a countdown before you pay.

The Service is digital content and a digital service delivered online. Nothing is shipped.

3. Your account

• You sign in with your email address and a one-time 6-digit code. There is no password.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts.
• Your account is personal. Don't share it or your purchased materials with other people.
• To use the Service you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with cookies enabled and a working email inbox.
• You can delete a free account at any time in Settings. Accounts with a purchase are closed on request by email, because we must keep purchase records.

4. Price and payment

• The founding price is $97, paid once, until launch. After launch the price goes up (currently planned at $297). Prices are in US dollars.
• Taxes such as VAT are added where the law requires, based on your country, and shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods Stripe shows you). We never see or store your full card details.
• The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You get a confirmation and a receipt by email.
• Information on the website is an invitation to make an offer, not an offer in the legal sense.

5. Access and "lifetime"

• Paid access appears in your account right after payment. Pre-order content becomes available on the launch date.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as we run the Service. If we ever close it, we will tell you at least 30 days before, so you can download the materials you are entitled to.
• We may improve and update lessons and kits. If a change would substantially reduce your access, we will tell you in advance and you may end the contract.

6. 14-day refund and the right of withdrawal

• You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason, and get a full refund. We give this to every customer, not only EU consumers.
• To withdraw, email biuro@landingw48h.pl from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. A short message is enough. You can also use the model form on our refund page.
• We refund within 14 days of your message, to the same payment method. Refunding ends paid access.
• Marketplace source code unlocks automatically once the 14 days have passed. If you want it sooner, you can unlock it earlier by ticking a box where you expressly ask for immediate access and confirm you know that you then lose the right of withdrawal and the refund. We keep a record of that consent (text, time, order, IP address, browser) and send you a copy by email.
• If we don't open the full program on the launch date, you can cancel and get a full refund at any time until we do, even after the 14 days.

7. Marketplace license

• With founding access you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the code and materials of each kit to build and run products and services for yourself or your own clients.
• You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or redistribute the original code or materials, or a substantially identical template, for example as your own course, template shop or open-source repository.
• Every download carries a unique license ID and is logged. If materials leak, we may end the access of the account they came from and take legal steps, including takedown notices.

8. No earnings promises

We teach skills and give you software and playbooks we use ourselves. We don't promise any income or business results. Examples of earnings, sales or valuations in our lessons and ads are real examples for illustration, not a forecast of what you will earn. Your results depend on your work, market and many other factors.

9. Fair use and the community

• Use the Service lawfully and in good faith. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or bypass its security or payments.
• In the community, be respectful. No spam, illegal content, harassment or sharing of paid materials. Posts are moderated and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
• If you seriously breach these terms (for example by redistributing paid materials or fraud), we may end your access after warning you, unless the breach makes a warning pointless.

10. Complaints and conformity

• If something doesn't work or isn't as described, email biuro@landingw48h.pl with your account email and a short description. We reply within 14 days.
• Consumers have the statutory rights for digital content and digital services, including the right to have it brought into conformity, a price reduction or ending the contract where the law allows. These terms don't limit those rights.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including towards consumers. For business customers our total liability is limited to the price paid and excludes lost profits, to the extent the law allows.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law or in the Service. We will email paying customers at least 14 days before a change that affects them. The terms accepted at purchase keep applying to what you already bought, unless the change is in your favor.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can bring a claim in your local courts. Consumers can also use out-of-court help, for example a local consumer ombudsman or, in the EU, the European Consumer Centres network (ECC-Net). We'll always try to solve a problem directly first, so please write to us.
